The School of Architecture at Sri Manakula Vinayagar Engineering College proudly presents the 11th Year Pondicherry Heritage Festival, featuring a dynamic Terracotta Workshop on March 21st. This event is set to honor the rich cultural tapestry of our region and will be led by the esteemed Shri V.K. Munusamy, a 22nd-generation terracotta sculptor known for his pivotal role in preserving the ancient art of Aiyanar terracotta horses. From a young age, Shri Munusamy learned the craft from his father and has since made significant innovations, including the introduction of miniature figurines to cater to contemporary tastes.
